charming stay!
helpful staffperfect wi-fiongoing repairs
The staff was so helpful, and finding a hairdryer for my daughter so quickly really saved the day. i found two fresh towels waiting for each bed and the free wi-fi worked perfectly. I was able to stream a movie without any buffering. checking out at 11am meant i did not have to rush, which i appreciated!
The ongoing repairs were noticeable. I hope they finish soon to really enhance the guest experience further.

I found the breakfast to be well-prepared and served piping hot. The presentation was lovely. the dining area was clean and well kept. I always saw staff tidying up. i enjoyed the variety of options, including both hot and cold dishes.

the reception staff checked me in quickly and efficiently, answering all my questions with patience. i noticed staff members were very friendly and approachable. the owner was particularly cute.

The beds were very comfortable and i slept soundly each night. The bedding felt fresh. fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was cleaned to a high standard. the room was spacious. I was able to settle in easily.

The free wi-fi was a definite bonus, and i found the connection reliable throughout my stay. the hotel's location is quite convenient, offering easy access to local attractions. It saved me from using the stairs.

the room was clean and adequate.
the kettle was mucky, and it had water inside. the milk was off, and the tv did not work properly. there was mould in the bathroom and the towels seemed used.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient, close to the sea and tram stops.
The family room needed new blinds. It also needed new curtains. The room seemed slightly overpriced for what was provided.

unpleasant odorbroken remote
The outdated decor clashed with the supposed 'seaview' i paid extra for. the room was small. The bathroom had a lingering unpleasant odor. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, scalding one moment and freezing the next. the tv remote didn't work, either. i reported it but no one came to fix it.
